Sastrap is seeking a creative and experienced Senior User Interface Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of Sastrap’s task management platform, ensuring that our interface is user-friendly, innovative, and consistent with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design Creation: Design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Prototype Development: Develop interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.

• Design System Maintenance: Help maintain and expand Sastrap’s design system, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest quality.
• Staying Up-to-Date: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Sastrap at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile interfaces.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of UX Principles: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design ideas and decisions.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
